A very nice room, but property has upgraded me from twin bed tour full bed; Nice bathroom; very clean very comfortable bed; chair conditioning; nice hot water with pressure; Internet worked well at any part of the hotel, including the rooftop. Very nice buffet breakfast at the rooftop almost perfect… Monica at the reception was absolutely great, before I paid for the room. She asked me if I would like to see the room which I did. That was very nice… I was able to check in early as the room was available.. Excellent location ; supermarket; taco stands with delicious food behind the corner.

Excellent location. 2 minutes from the beach and a block from Malecon. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast excellent. Nice little pool on roof which is very quiet... hardly anybody ever there. For me noisy on busy street side. But others there liked the busy side because of balcony. We moved to back side which is very quiet. Great restaurants everywhere nearby. Would highly recommend this place if you want to be in the heart of the action. No fridges but you can use the one in the lobby. Supermarket right across the street. Will return here.

It was amazing it’s in the middle of busy area and it’s convenient. We like the staff too. We will go back. My daughter and I love it. The only thing is near the road or busy street. During the night it’s so loud. Nextime we will request not near the busy road. Also they didn’t give us another blanket so it was uncomfortable we bought our own but I think after 3 days they give us one fluffy blanket which is nice. I guess we should ask or request

I love the location the room, the couzines of the bar and breakfast place, but above all and beyond the amazing professionalism, kinda and caring services from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. Amazing experience highly recommended you feel safe, care for it and very,very comfortable. Multilingual Guy's at the front desk!! Is a must if you are planning to go to Lisabon!!!
